Suzanne Mulkern enjoys practicing law and assisting clients reach their goals. She holds certificates as a Mediator and Arbitrator, providing Mediation services for those who wish to resolve their disputes without going to court.

Suzanne earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1990. She was as a note editor for COMM/ENT Law Journal, and a LEOP tutor for civil procedure. She was a research assistant for Professor William Stoebuck and assisted in editing his contributions to Basic Property Law, Fifth Edition. 

Before becoming an attorney, Suzanne helped to develop, build and sell veterinary hospitals in Northern California. This gives her a unique perspective of small business issues.  

She attended the University of California at Davis, and studied Textile Science and Design. She was awarded a Departmental Citation for Outstanding Performance and graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Highest Honors, in 1973.
